For host 803846, I'm trying to reconnect through the the BOINC client (7.4.53), after having detached in the past couple of weeks as a part of something else. It states that it "couldn't connect"; I made sure the password is being entered correctly.

The old security cert is probably cached on your device, I would uninstall and reinstall the latest boinc for your machine...

Then try to reconnect.

Can you view the web site from a browser on the phone via HTTPS? Or does that give you an error as well?

I can view through https, not quite at a point where I can reinstall BOINC with other tasks I'm running.

So, tried again on one of my phone's:
1. Choose Attach to project
2. Choose Collatz
3. Type password, click 'enter'
4. Get error message
(so far, same stuff as before... but...)
5. Click on Collatz entry again from error screen, retype password...
6. ...And I'm in.
