You only think so! I am obviously the winner here. Can't you tell from my winning smile?
Speaking of smiles, I just had a root canal done. So much fun. Between medication side effects and anxiety, I was rocking the chair.

Too bad it was on a back tooth. And the MF still hurts. If I still hurt on Monday, I'm calling the dentist. :(

Didn't they give you any Vicodin, Percocet or something else? If so you CAN take it despite your previous surgery as long as it's for the short term.

They gave me Vicodin. I hate how it makes me feel. Even taking it at night... Ick.

Oh I took one of those every day for several years, no addiction problems or "ick"feelings, just long term chronic pain, they have switched me to Tramadol due to my own surgery. I'm guessing I will be on it forever unless they switch me to something else.

I take Tramdol as needed for fibromyalgia pain. I tried it with the tooth. It didn't do much. *sad face* I have a checkup at the dentist tomorrow so I'm going to ask him about that tooth.

I hurt mine, ate something I shouldn't have, and had to get some Orajel, the stuff they use on babies when they are teething. It worked but I wouldn't recommend it for everyday use.

Yeah, it has serious contraindications.
