Hi,
I am getting for a long time calculation error with collatz conjecture. It is no matter what PC I use (see signature). The graphics card driver is the latest. Boinc is up to date. Still, it does not work.

Does somebody has any idea?

Many thanks in advance
Ben

Several items need to be checked. C-Runtime are they both installed 64 if you have a 64 bit OS and also the C for 32 bit. Next check the drivers. Some Intel Drivers need to be of older design (follow some of the threads on site). Please provide more details on what is happening as the general info won't help.

We need : OS, Video Type, C Installed, When the Packet borks (time in seconds).

Thanks.....just one of the Geeks processing like you.

Thanks for the answer Step2000,

Here is my system:

Intel Xeon E3 1230v2
8GB DDR3 RAM
2xGeForce GTX970
Win 10 64Bit

Visual C ++ 2008 is installed 32 + 64, 2010 32, and 2013 32 + 64

NVidia driver is the 384.76

The tasks are always broken after 2 seconds

I hope this helps

Best regards
Ben
