Hi there,
I am absolute beginner to Grid Computing. And I have chosen Grid Computing for My Mini Project for my graduation. I want to know can I use Boinc VCSC to create Super Virtual Computer for my campus. we have >2000 computers available to use for idle time.

I have more queries about it. I am waiting for anyone's reply.. Thanks in advance :)

Every expert began as an absolute beginner.

I wouldn't consider setting up a BOINC application a mini project. You can expect to spend many, many, many hours getting it set up and running. All you need to know is C/C++, PHP, MySQL, HTML, and XML.

I would suggest you read through the documentation from Berkeley (http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/ProjectMain#). I also found the documentation at SpyHill very helpfuly (http://www.spy-hill.net/~myers/help/boinc/Create_Project.html#server)

If you have questions about BOINC, contact: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/ProjectPeople#

Lastly, you can also join the boinc_projects email list and ask questions there. More info can be found at http://boinc.berkeley.edu/email_lists.php
