I'm testing the validator, work generator, assimilator, and applications. It may or may not work which means you may or may not get credit for your work. There is still a lot of work to do but I'm making progress. |

I started.. got one done.. but when it starts out, it shows like 140 days to finish...of course it doesnt take that long.. but it screws with the scheduler.... Thanks for all your efforts!!! |

Same as other poster said...got to 20% done with 107 days left but days going down quickly as % goes up :) Note: the WU before this one finished early (4th hour into 6 hour crunch on intel GPU) with computation error but still posted to credit. |

Just finished another 6:05 hour crunch on Collatz Sieve 1.30 opencl_intel_gpu with no error but cannot report due to site down for temporary maintenance. Will keep checking though. Can only imagine the hard work it takes to keeping the Collatz website crunching :) TY. |

Well I have had two units validated, and the points credited. They are taking longer to crunch though - approx 15 mins on a 1070, and around 22 mins on a 1060... Update Forgot to edit the config files... Whoops! They've speeded up now... |

AMD GPUs are not recognized as valid crunchers... |

Mac/AMD here and all I'm getting is a Notice in the BOINC Manager stating: collatz: Notice from BOINC Your current settings do not allow tasks from this project. To fix this, you can change Project Preferences on the project's web site. :( |

What I am noticing as the work gets validated is that the credits seem OK but the accumulated credits are not getting incremented properly. So I see a credit award of 35K for a unit but my total credits get incremented by 350... |

A clever way to spread the tasks to a large number of computers - one task at a time to a computer |

Slicker (Jon) I have returned all the systems and they have all worked on many WU's without issue. The only thing I see is no reporting back to Free-DC, BAM and others. The question is at this point if that portion of the server is on and functional? Okay that is it for me and great job bringing back the system(s) we all thank you! Just me being a Math Geek! |

Getting WU's... over 60 now, running 6 at a time over 2 GPU's. Seems to be running normally. Credit or no will let them run. I appreciate the effort to get this project back up and running. |

Not quite missplaced decimal point. Each credit seems to be getting something like 1600 credited to the total credits. |

You made a real good update! But it is true that the credit is not incremented properly on Boinc Stat and in the account of collatz conjecture. But the value of the credit is good calculated in the tasks. I give this observed information to the webmaster for better finding the origin of the occurs and absolutely not for sending critiks but that the webmaster has Tools to solve the technical problem.
