The server is back online. Unfortunately, the cause for the outage is unknown. I will work on replacing the server so that the project can have more stability. Also, the grace period was extended to 3 days in case any WUs couldn't be returned prior to their deadlines so you can still receive credit if they are returned late.

I thought maybe it was out from the storms. Didn't know how you were hit there. Thanks for getting it back up so soon.

It might have been the storms, but I'm not sure as I wasn't home if the power went out for longer than the UPS runs.

It's too early for hunting season. Weekends in the summer are spent fishing. Friday and Saturday were a bust due to the rain, wind, and low pressure, but my buddy and I caught 20 large mouth bass in two hours on Sunday morning.

I am guessing you are either a catch and release guy or have a freezer full of fish right now!

As for the Server is there software that can tell you the codes that caused it to shut down? Do you have a pc on a different circuit? If so if it was still running then you know it was a Server problem.

Difficult with deer. They're not as compliant as fish. Hard to keep them on the stringer too ;-)

Maybe you have an overly cautious night watchman who is turning off the wrong breakers. :)

Was out of town for the weekend and got back this a.m. to find the clocks blinking all over the house and the office and basement very, very quiet. It looks like the power was out for a while at some point over the weekend.

He was probably out scouting bambi sites, it is getting time to start getting ready for that again. I used to LOVE fresh deer meat when the guys would bring it in at work!! Soooo much different then store bought stuff.

This weekend was all about BBQ with beef brisket, pork short ribs, and beef rib tips. The smoke helped keep the mosquitos away and made the neighbors jealous.

*sigh*

Mine was all about beef burgers with Bluebottle dressing, fly-bitten short tempers, served with a long dose of horse sweat via my crazy horse-loving wife :)

The smoke helped keep the mosquitos away and made the neighbors jealous.

My neighbours had more sense than my equine crazy wife, they grouped round the family bar-b-que, whilst I battled with the Bluebottle fricassee driven by steaming horse sweat in 30 degree C Sun and no wind-breeze.

Love her to bits ..... but its weekends like the last one when I sometimes wonder why rofl :)
