The error that you are getting is "out of memory". Can you tell from the time stamp on the log whether that occurs when it suspends or when it resumes?

Thank you for your help.

When it resumes.

This PC suffers of some BSOD events, so I am investigating also their reason.
Nevertheless, I never get a BSOD when the program errors out with Collatz.
I am just reporting also this, in case it were a RAM related problem (but I carried out a Memtest lately, with no suspicious results).

I am switching back and forth with a very "optimized" (at least in my intentions) and demanding Seti@home set-up.

Today I made some arrangements to let some CPU tasks which restarted without errors to go till the end without further switching and I managed to complete them. But the risk is still always there when restarting.

Crunch on!

I use to suspend and restart CPU Collatz 1.20 WUs (e.g. on this Win7 http://boinc.thesonntags.com/collatz/show_host_detail.php?hostid=558369 PC).

Very many times, on restart they exit with a computation error. So much, that I very rarely manage to end a CPU WU.

Does this happen to you as well? Advice (apart obviously leaving the tasks graciously end without tampering them ;-) )? Remedies?

Thank you in advance!

Sleepy
