Yeah to provide some more details, my two NVIDIA GPUs that aren't receiving work are:

GTX 1080 Ti - Driver Version 391.01 (marked as having OpenCL 1.2 by BOINC), Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
TITAN V - Driver Version 391.35 (marked as having OpenCL 1.2 by BOINC), Windows 7 SP1 64-bit

I have checked on both systems that BOINC is actually requesting work using the sched_ops logs.

Yeah I've stopped receiving NVIDIA Collatz work units, nothing appears to be wrong on my side. I also don't see an option in my preferences to allow test work units either.

This is from my stdoutdae.txt file:

I'll give this a try with my TITAN V when I get home and see if I get an improvement:

This is what I'm using on my TITAN V, roughly 3 minutes per task with 2 tasks running concurrently:
